Basketball Conditioning
Push your game to new heights with specialized training focused on footwork, advanced ball handling drills, dribbling, passing and shooting, and introductory 1-on-1 scoring moves.
Cycling
Our ICG5 rides are led by certified ICG5 instructors that combine quality, music-driven group instruction with a fully integrated bike display—featuring power training mode, heart rate training mode, and FTP Power Test mode.
Kickboxing
Dynamic full-body workouts incorporate heavy bags, focus mitts, jump ropes and more. Work up a sweat and relieve some stress with us.
Yoga
