Aquatic Facilities

LAAC Aquatic facilities are designed with the latest modern Cafe Plunge that allows you to enjoy a drink or meal while relaxing by the pool. Our facilities are designed for leisure swimming, competitive swim training and therapy conditioning. The Club offers many aquatic programs throughout the year. Our 25 yard pool is kept 82-83 degrees Fahrenheit, Monday through Friday. On weekends the pool is kept 84-85 degrees due to the children programs in the small pool.


Deep H2O Water Aerobics – included in your membership

Water conditioning classes are an ideal form of exercise, no matter what age or ability you are!

Deep water class focusses on aerobic endurance and strength, using resistance fitness gear to push and pull in the water efficiently. This is a great class recovering from an injury or rehab.

Deep H2O Workout – A flotation belt is provided for maximum benefit.

Aqualillies Synchronized Swimming class

Sundays | October 24-December 19, 2021

For ages 18+

Get moving and have fun learning a new skill. This 8-week Aqualillies program will include synchronized swimming skills-ballet legs, layouts, tuck floats, pinwheels, oysters and more.

Classes are designed for adults and no synchronized swimming experience is required.

Fee | $260

Registrations are required and availability is limited

Returning in the fall

The Swim Conditioning Club gives adult members the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities ranging from lap swimming to the thrill of competition.

Who Can Join?  Suitable for all swimmers, beginner to advanced. No speed or experience is required. Learn stroke refinement and be a more efficient swimmer.

Anyone who is 19 years of age or older and who knows how to swim can join.

One of the greatest benefits of joining our Swim Conditioning Club is to be able to practice with an organized group with highly structured swim set workouts and on-deck coaching.

Workouts are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Swim Coach Bio:

Caleb Veazey, born in Dallas, TX, into a family of aquatics enthusiasts has been involved in the sport his whole life. His father, was a collegiate swimmer and longtime coach, his two younger brothers are Division 1 athletes in swimming and water polo. As an athlete, Caleb competed in two Olympic trials, was individual and team Speedo Junior National Champion, 15-time Texas State Champion and 10-time Texas age group record holder. Caleb has over 15 years of coaching experience at all ages and skill levels.
