This two hour swim intensive clinic will cover technique and conditioning with the goal of gaining skills to promote a healthy swimming routine. The class will introduce technique drills for all four strokes and then transition to conditioning exercises. The conditioning portion of the clinic will focus on heart rate goals, friendly competition, interval training and personal improvement.
All skill levels are welcome, but participants should be aware that the technique portion of the class will be aerobically challenging and participants should be prepared for two hours of medium to high intensity heart rates.
